Hi, I’m Dana :)
Im grateful to also call myself a yogi. I’m a forever student, a practitioner, and a teacher. To me, yoga is many things: a sweaty Hatha sequence with twists and binds, noticing the texture of the leaves, and pausing for a breath before reacting. Yoga is all-encompassing.
Practicing Yoga has given me a rich sense of existence, physical and mental aspirations, community, closeness with nature, and access to my own spirituality.
Yoga is my favorite tool for when I need clarity: to slow my mind, to digest, and to reflect. And for when I want to play: to go upside down, to try things I cannot yet do, and to express myself.
In my asana classes, we’ll move energy around through playful and challenging transitions, kriyas, pranayama, twists, folds, backends, binds and inversions. We’ll move to rediscover stillness.
I’m constantly humbled and honored by the opportunity to guide others.
